Now that we have recently moved out you wont give us our deposit back because of mud stains on the walls... well golly gee i wonder where those came from— yes i know the two large dogs we PAID FOR- 750$ up front and then when the mud rolled in and didnt allow our kids to play outside because of the mosquito infestation because this property backs up to a creek that the water rolls off to... why did you allow pets?

It was awful.Went to Costco and purchased lots and lots of white vinegar and poured it on the rugs all over this got the carpet pad also, let it sit over night and came in with a rented rug doctor and was surprised,   No stains  No Order carpets looked new again 

I just recently did a house with a few spaces of laminate and had to use a belt sander on the particle board subfloor where it had raised areas due to multiple pet stains.

Nothing worse than stained carpet and if your place isn't spotlessly clean, you get bad ratings. 

Every room and over 20 stains, red and brown and yellow! 

And keep this stain remover recipe handy: Acetone (nail polish remover) and baking soda. stir enough together to form a thick paste.

The duplex mainly just needs the siding cleaned and stained.  

I am putting Stain Master VPF from Lowe's in my duplex right now.

He has 3 indoor cats (disclosed 2), 3 outdoor cats (ie feeding strays), the previous property manager did not ask for a security deposit, he works on his two junky cars and dirt bike in the driveway (huge oil stains in front of his garage) and he keeps equally mediocre company (not felons...just drinking, smoking...low class stuff). 

It looks great and is less likely to get stains.
