I would think you could go find a better deal on the open market and not have all the blood, sweat, and time to build out the project.

Anyone can get high blood lead levels, the law only specifies under 6 because it affects the developing brain more severely then a it affects a fully developed brain.

When someone tells me that the price I put my blood and sweat at is too high, I call into question their values.
