As with any endeavor in real estate there are loads of people on the sidelines.

While you'll have to split the profits 50/50, at least you'll be on the move, instead of sitting on the sidelines.

Properties are everywhere.A lot of people, especially those starting out, try wholesaling as a stepping stone to something else or as a sideline.

After reading a few books on REI I feel it is time I get off the sidelines and get more out of the money I earn from my 9-5.  

I am willing to wait to find a good deal so I do not make a poor decision, it can be just hard waiting on the sidelines! 

That would have been hilarious as long as I got to watch it from the sidelines.

As Dave Ramsey would say "Live like no one else, so later you can live like no one else" But you don't have to sit on the sidelines while you are doing it.
