I want to understand the demand for various locations and home styles. 

(It's more expensive) Or just ask them to get something close to they style and send me a picture before replacing. 

Suburban three story walk up style apartments are my guess at least 60% of multifamily large scale projects.

There is wood trim, the big chunky beautiful style original to the property.

Obviously, you want to live with people you get along with, and who have a similar living style to your own--so, think carefully about whether the property will attract this type of tenant.

I'd go with an old style system.  

Nowadays, you need to have at least a modicum of style.

Nobody ever goes backwards in lifestyle unless they are weird (that's a good thing, not an insult), have an ambitious goal worthy of sacrificing for, or are forced to downsize bc they overspent and are in trouble financially. 

Above ground could be a prefab swim spa style, or a liner system with a raised deck and strucure etc.

I know there has been some recent lower end apartment complexes in the area that have been bought and refaced which has helped change the look of the area but there is many duplex style homes scattered on Century 21st Dr along with Ivey Rd that increase foot traffic in the area.
