Based on the events of the last few months and the volatility of the stock market, this belief may become a self-fulfilling prophecy. 

They are opposite reactions to the same belief.

This is a crazy time with so many that are or will be out of work, the debt going beyond belief (thanks we get to pass that down to our grand kids faster now), and who knows what else will happen.

I have seen far too many clients come to me under the mistaken belief that their proposed use was permitted in the zoning district.

My opinion on this may be colored due to my belief that this isn't nearly as serious as people are making it out to be.

Personally it comes down to numbers and a balance of my beliefs in humanity. 

It is our belief that the best way congress can help small businesses like ours that must continue providing service throughout this crisis with significantly reduced income is to provide robust financial assistance to our fellow citizens that have lost their jobs so that they are able to pay their rent and other bills throughout this crisis.

It is my belief that it's a matter of time until this ripples into the RE market and we start seeing some drops in prices.

Much different.. last go around was like trying to slow down a cruise ship or a fully loaded train took a lot of time this one is a flip the switch.I am of the belief mortgage markets will jump in sooner rather than later like last time. 

There is also the belief that SFH appreciate more rapidly.
