Does anyone have a real estate attorney recommendation to review a property management lease?

I prepare my taxes myself and cannot find a way to reduce my tax burden through real estate. 

It may even be higher than 5% depending on the area. 

That higher interest will be a lower cost than the closing costs for the refinance so a net gain (depending on your new loan size).
