I am wondering where you get flyers and how you send them out to promote yourself.

I'd love to provide some work if someone has someone they'd like to promote.  

Afterwards, if I get married to a wealthy lady or if I get a big promotion and start making a lot more money, to the point where I no longer fit into those parameters after the home purchase, am I still able to claim the the MCC or do I lose it?

This is the method that is most promoted here on BP, but definitely not the only one out there. 

It will be a LP, GP partnership structure with a promote, so I will need someone that done this kind of structure in the past.Please let me know if there is anyone you recommend.Cheers,Zach Feldman

The first thing you should publicize in any social media platform is to promote your credibility.

I'm sure there are plenty of sites where you can promote the Stock Market, puts, calls, hedges, bonds, day trading and such.But, real estate is far safer than the Stock Market for the average investor and real estate has far more benefits for the average investor.

I feel like the state of Iowa is tenant friendly state and you better be really promoting that vacancy.... you are 100% right it's hard to rent in Iowa in the winter.

They promote their software and the metrics that go along with it.

Note investing is not passive and it takes time and effort and the first year you will learn a lot but there may not be a lot to show for it and people tend to give up very earlyI would be happy to chat more offline about where I received my training etc as I know there are rules on BP about promoting people and their courses etcThanks
