Section 8 tenants can get thrown off the program as well.

I have gone through both the Land Geek program as well as the Jack Bosch program and started this group to allow members to freely share their knowledge and experience about land investing.

I am not looking for anyone to sell me on the program, as I understand the program quite well.  

@J Scott @Ned Carey If Renatus was as great of a program as their defenders say it is and if it provided such high quality education I would imagine they would want to invest in accumulating the data about the success rate of their students.  

In our Program, as long as you are insured to $45/square foot (which is ACV--$65 for RC), there is NO co-insurance requirement. 

(SDXS was originally getting into this space - they we just went back to asset management)  So be careful if you choose some industry specific program as that company may not be here in a couple months.  

The purchase of our houses are in the tens of thousands of dollars, so why do we think all we need is some inky dinky software program.  A

I am syndicating another apartment deal and would definitely explore Freddie-mac program as I found that to be the best option out there!

FYI I have never rented or participated in the program as a landlord.
