I think it's smart to put money into the stock market.

Else, it doesn't help me a lot since my other investments in stocks, etc are doing pretty well. 

We usually stick to either refinishing the oak floors, which are very common in our 1960s Milwaukee housing stock, or quality LVP and LVT - especially for kitchens and bathrooms.

Show them the figures, including cash flow predictions, future appreciation, and risk management.

@John N Cook any insights into how the C-corp valuation is established in order to justify the stock purchase via the ROBS 401k account, assuming the c-corp has no assets or revenue on the books - how does one justify the investment in an audit?

You can't eliminate all risk from owning RE and if that is what you are trying to do then you should invest in something where someone can't sue you like stocks or bonds. 

They have a scoring system that predicts the chance the number is correct.
