I think you'll have to sign an affidavit stating you plan to occupy it. 

They no longer allow you to just "sign up." 

The contract is generally signed by the agent, not the owner.

In order to tag someone specifically put the @ sign in front of their name.

There seems to be some slight signs of life in Garland lately, hopefully by spring it's good again!

I have taken my real estate agent course work and plan to take the exam and sign on with a low cost broker to handle my own transactions.
