I love Manhattan...I ride through there on my bike a good bit and I love eating at the...Kettle, something?

Hi, I recently bought the neighboring apartment (condo) next to the unit I currently own in Manhattan and I am looking to combine the two units.

South Brooklyn got hit bad with Sandy and the area is less desirable than those mentioned due to the long travel time to Manhattan.

New York, at least Manhattan, is an island - it is not growing. 

I look at the number of threads on BP dealing with "bad Wholesalers" and all I see is the rampant euphoria pf the type I haven't seen since '07.

Here's my entry to get things started:This is begging to be developed into a super-exclusive resort attraction of some sort, and milk the vanity of Manhattan's elites for all they're worth.

@Josh Carter Fairfield County more specifically Fairfield, Connecticut is a very highly sought after area to live in since it is about a 30-45minute drive into Manhattan, NY so I would say plan for the worst but it is definitely a great buy.
