I know its mean to say that people who do their own contracts get what they deserve, but you must know that if you are paying a couple hundred thousand dollars for something it just might have been worth spending $600 on a lawyer to do a proper contract for you.

I'm sure a lot of other people would in this group as well! 

It is my view it has the exact opposite correlation that most people think.

Im in college so I meet new people everyday and that alone is a huge resource.

You could then again qualify for the Section 121 Exclusion, which allows you to exclude up to $250,000 ($500,000 for married couples) in capital gains from taxes.I think that people can get rich in this way without any tax burden.

Most people won't put in the work. 

Most people who lose in real estate see it as a road to short-term riches, which it generally is not.

I think people can definitely get rich quick.
