One outfit gets paid commissions, the other gets paid a fee...hmmm?

I am local in the Greater Boston area and operate a small outfit there resolving all types of pest control issues like rodents, bed bugs, roaches, birds etc.

@Bryan Cavellier I think the distinction can be blurry with smaller outfits, but the GC is typically more involved in managing subs whereas the project manager might be interfacing with the architect, monitoring the GC and his subs, etc.

@Dustin Hood there are many outfits across the country that will  put sub meters for almost free to you but charge the tenants.

I've even heard of an outfit called fundandgrow who offers a service to open multiple business credit cards with 12 to 21 month 0% introductory APR negotiating the highest credit limits possible and attempting to negotiate extensions to the introductory rate and/or roll into new accounts at the end of their service period.

Ideally, we would be ensuring that all our Short Term Rentals are as Eco Friendly as possible (we would be able to outfit the homes with our whole sale goods for crazy cheap prices) and we would be looking to make them all Pet Friendly, since we also run an Eco-Friendly Online Pet Store :) Well thats just a few things about us, so we would love to meet some new people so please don't be shy to reach out and say hi and we can talk all things Real Estate, Social Media Marketing, Ecommerce :)All the best,Matthew and Nikole

They are larger outfits that serve their clients well.

Things I have done to prepare for this this investment journey.Paid off all my debts raising my Credit score to 762.Paid of my car loan so my only out going expenses are utilities, phone, and buying my fiance sexy outfits :PAcquired a $71,000y 5y contracted salary paying DOD job.Never had any financial issues.

I would also be careful about going with one outfit for everything.
