I do not have access to the exact wording at the moment, but yes my lease does say that foreign substances are not to be sent down drains.

Neither the LESSEE nor his family, friends, relatives, invitees, visitors, agents or servants shall loiter in nor shall cause or permit any disturbing noises or vibrations to be heard in any common area or facility inside or outside of the building of which the Premises are a part.The LESSEE is not permitted to smoke any substance in, on, or around the Unit or building.

When you clean the carpet and as it dries, things like Carpet Fresh, Pet Fresh, baking soda and other powdery substances will be forced to the top and you will end up with a film of whaterver across the top of your rugs or carpet.

The way I read it was, you have read Rich Dad, got all the motivation from it that you needed and now are in search of something with a bit of substance that you can actually use in your investing career.

As a person who doesn't use the substance in any way, shape or form I think it a very prudent business opportunity for the future.So much so that I've alto invested in Colorado greenhouses that are already in full operation and considered the Coors of MJ propagating, production and distribution.
