@Chris Music I've definitely heard of the 50% rule too.

What do you expect of flippers who get caught without a chair when the music stops?

The music may stop and you won't have  a chair.  

I'm sure eventually I'll be using a combination of strategies depending on the situation, but right now I'm in learning mode while also trying to network & save some money for my first deal.My hobbies include music production and listening to podcasts that deal with online business (i.e. 

What is interesting is that every door was widened to accolade the owner who has a wheel chair.

I read the material out loud recording myself, then I listen back to it throughout the day as if it were music or the radio.

I grew up in Rockwall so it's nice to be back home in the great state of TX.I've spent the last 20 years doing music full time, but I'm now transitioning into RE.

My husband and I are on a quest to get into real estate so he could quit his job and pursue his dream of opening a music recording studio.
