@Minh Le I got my walking boot off Tuesday and am slowly building the muscles on my foot.  

I did 28 sessions of radiation and chemotherapy before surgery in hopes of shrinking the tumor to save my sphincter muscles from the tumor, so after all that and 6 weeks of healing I went to meet the specialist for colorectal surgery, he looked at all the tests and scans that was performed before and after treatments, he gave me two options( option 1 was a permanent colostomy which I said I'm not in favor of, what's option 2 i said?

They do ACH transactions and Each one costs $3- which can be paid by the tenant, the landlord or split.

I'm wondering if anyone else here is using Cozy is seeing a delay in the ACH transfer this month; my dashboard show the payment having been made, but as of today the money still has not hit my bank account.

So buying them as an O.O. and living in ach property for 1 year is my best and likely option right now ( until I can save up the money to put down on a $80,000 - $100,000 property ..... so I'd need $16,000 - $20,000 to put down on a property in my area, that is in a good neighborhood and that has great Rent to value ratios.

Maybe they would be happy with head-ache free cash-flow?  

Do the banks there use ACH?  

It is this sell first then buy order that causes your heart ache.  

Also, they have a $8 per month service where they collect rent by bank ACH and deposit in your account.
