I had a lead inquire about this property and the listing already says multiple offers, but then 130 days on market so far. 

There are multiple billion dollar companies dumping money into the city, such as Intel, Google, Honda, and Amazon.

That's not even talking about primer, possibly multiple coats, that will be needed to cover purple paint.

I have to assume that your realtor listed it the Multiple Listing Network (MLS)?  

This property will not compete with hotels is what I thought  We just book multiple rooms next to each other to take advantage of the included Disney transportation.
