Join & attend your local REIA National  - Go to the NATIONAL REIA (Our mission is to develop, support and promote local real estate investor associations while serving the interests of the real estate investment) to find a local group. 

I'm also a wholesaler in the Inland Empire.You might want to check out the Inland Empire Real Estate Investors Club that meets the 4th Wednesday of every month at the Mission Inn in Riverside.

I talked with Mission property management and I enjoyed talking with them.  

Schools not as good as Mission or Cupertino but still plenty good.

When the chips are down and things suck, I have found that a 'higher' mission than making money is definitely necessary. 

We see it as a privilege and a blessing to be be able to do so.My former employer, a major medical center/hospital, had a mission statement that really hits home.

We're on a 5 year mission (without the green chicks) to get out of the rat race.
