As an investor, Columbus OH is a great market for LTRs.

I'm new to the market but not new to investing and looking for wholesalers and other investors to work with.

Many of these lenders allowing 2nds behind them are more expensive capital (10's - 13's in our current market [high rates - but now showing signs of coming down]).

In short, I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth pursuing an off-market seller financing deal versus getting a traditional loan and competing for the property on the open market.

I’ve talked to a number of investors and they can’t get 10% down on owner finance transactions were the deed transfers at closing.I operate in 4 or 5 markets.

I wish there was a software that would have it all in one not only for management companies but for landlords as well.I was hoping to get an ideas or maybe share your personal experience of how you're  managing your business.Looking forward for your responses,Thanks in advance,Polina HI Polina, I don't use the software or have any experienced with it, but Yardi Breeze markets themselves to DIY landlords.
