As owner can I propose in another states sold by owner?

Since we dont know what will happen in 12 months and this would be a house hack, sounds like there is potential that rents will rise - and if it doesnt rise enough to your liking, then you could stay a little longer.

The current owner lives there and had someone paying to a trailer in the back yard all the way in the back. 

My proposal is to do the following:1) Create an LLC in which my partner and I are both owners/operators2) Have the title of the property put into the name of the LLC via quitclaim deed3) Have the Operating Agreement of the LLC outline ownership based on shares ownership model.

It's usually not that hard to tell, there is still a little lag and it can sound weird if you interrupt it halfway.

The only way I could see it happening is if you deal directly with the owner and they are willing to accept Bitcoin. 

We're still waiting for the owners bank to let us know if they'll actually help us or not.
