There’s no right or wrong answer. 

They weren't interested in who was wrong or right, they just wanted their money from whoever they could get it from.

Insurance is still an annual dog fight via my broker.Read your policy very carefully, consider replacement costs will probably be higher than estimatesResiliency is a requirement here.As far as sell or not....it'll depend on your determination to be here.This ain't the burbs of the bay area.Prepping for heavy rain right now.

When the housing market became seller friendly, I unloaded 5/6 of our long term rental units, paid off our house with that and invested in stocks and mutual funds…completely no fun, right??

we had a few left in our inventory and they each were sold to a house hacker.. great investment for a house hacker. 

Working with me can very much turn into a long term engagement for the right people.

Left me feeling like a basically have a retail/fulfillment person on my team so I'm a big fan and would recommend giving them a shot, especially if you're in a similar position as I was: Needing to furnish an STR quickly and cost-efficiently. 

Who knows how long she has left, but long term I would expect to keep this in my portfolio as a rental property.
