I lived in a four-plex on 29th and Madison, which is in one of the highest crime areas, but also an area that Ogden City leadership is working hard to redevelop.  

I have avoided New Orleans for some time because of Insurance costs, crime statistics and just bad leadership.

One of the owners doesn’t live in the state and the other has another full time job, how do they expect a company to function with no leadership or accountability.

It sounds like it hasn't been easy but I can tell you care about the people there as well, which it seems this type of thing would take good leadership because of all of the people involved.

While I'm all for including everyone in leadership positions, I hardly think that the primary focus should be on the host's gender.
