For a long time I thought I would try to go back to corporate America (worked in finance for Oil & Gas company and in commercial banking), but I think an entreprenurial gig would be better with my main responsibilities as a Navy wife and mom.I think my education taught me how to juggle 20 different things at a time.

I'm juggling multiple leases for the same property that will all end on different dates.

Or do they earn to just "live inside" the program with its limited features: notes, custom lists, interest level etc.As a techy salespro  I'm not a big fan of juggling multiple programs.

Also we have little to no down payment to offer as we are juggling two flips currently, but through a private lender I believe he can lend us a down payment.

I love what I do for work, so I have no plans to quit and focus on real estate solely, and your post helped clarify that I don’t need to be a juggling specialist to start.
