Sounds like you did a great job with the rehab and adding the extra bedrooms really paid off!

As an investor here myself, I can tell you we're seeing solid rental demand here thanks to the strong job market and major employers developing here. 

I know, sorta defeats the purpose of an LLC from a financial perspective, but gets the job done.

Thanks to God I have a well paying job and plan to use that income for any issues that may arise like vacancy or maintenance expenses.

There simply isn't enough margin in this business to layer on a national company, without charging you an arm and a leg and/or doing a substandard job.

Also, magistrates don't even have to be lawyers to get the job!
