I do know managing more than 1 property is a tall task unless that is pretty much your job. 

Hi Devin, Have you ever considered that instead of America needing smaller homes that are more affordable, that America needs more higher paying jobs so that people can live the actual American dream versus having to settle for less and less and less (Has George Carlin pointed out in his classic speech about this). 

I had to remind them a few times of deadlines but they did a good job overall.

Rents are sky high in certain neighborhoods of Jersey City (we are second to NYC) as such many of the tenants are professionals with high income commuting to their jobs in NYC by ferry, 24 hour path train and bus.

GC never pulled any city permits yet charged me (didn't find this out until the job was finished). 

They are always super quick to respond to any questions and very helpful in general, making sure you have everything you need to make your job easier.

Over the past 6 months I've had one of my staff members a has done a fantastic job of building out a website and we have detailed every single property with  professional pictures and all our financials.

The influx of tech jobs, manufacturing, mining, and Californians there is a strong population and combined with limited to no multifamily new construction we expect a severe housing shortage.

I am responsible for getting a job done .  

He did a good job but looking back on it now I think I could've done alot better with more insight and direction How did you finance this deal?
