This should be a hot location to sell a house, maybe your priced too high?

If I had to guess, with an election coming up and the overall economy not looking so hot, rates will probably come down.

I don't think a sauna and hot tub are necessary for a MTR.

I mean 3 hot water heaters in a couple of years?

It would therefore for all intensive purposes be a 4 unit. 

They say in brand building that people should either love you or hate you (hot or cold), nothing in between.
