Sounds like the bank was going to hold the loan and get a higher price but are now forced to liquidate it entirely off the books.That resulted in taking a lower offer with them not financing the deal.I will see deals where a buyer tries to get a bank to hold the paper for less down and a higher price.

Some would be qualified and proficient with a handgun, not most.We have gun advocates who truly believe that if you can hit a target at a range, even have a tight shot group, that they are "qualified".They have no clue, they have never been in combat in close quarters using a handgun and while they think they can imagine away thier success in taking out all the bad guys, they are not in reality.
