So if you include rents in your price and adjust accordingly you won't get anyone to look at your house. if you include at the same price and don't adjust you have unnecessarily eaten into your profits along with adding the extra potential for headache!

They either over-legalize the process and make it unnecessarily complicated or just flat out dive down rabit holes.Probably better to ask an (experienced) agent to do a single part listingy for a flat fee or a reduced comission like 3%.

If you are holding properties in your personal name you are unnecessarily exposing all your assets to a law suit if something should happen on one of your rental properties.
