Rent control is a dangerous trend these days, and my State is toying with this outdated idea as well.

The good thing os for every NO you get, it's just one step closer to yes.

That is, if over time, you consistently buy properties that are good investments for the long haul, you will come out ahead, whether or not the market is up or down.

Seem just fine and we are doing rentals - so want them to work for the long haul.

The flow of the house is disrupted in that the garage is a long haul to the bathroom.
