You will need to supply 2-3 quotes from different General Contractor's or licensed builder for all work.Some things that can occur are builder/vendor issues with lack of inventory, broken material, employee "no shows", date of completed work extensions, bad work, additional costs not factored on blue prints or cost analysis, delayed permits.Keep in mind any delays or issues will slow down your clear to close/funding date.

The problem with that, is that even when a government employee gives you the wrong information, you are still liable.I go through these housing inspections at least once per year, and they count the beds, they count the cars etc.Below is a link to the MoCo Housing Code book.

I can't speak to the KCK Zip Codes - but 64133, especially if it is a Kansas City Missouri Address and Raytown Schools will be very helpful because city employees must live in Kansas City, however they don't want to send their kids to Kansas City Schools - so 64133 is one of the  zip code that they end up in.
