Curious to hear from original poster how many bees was this (approximately)

Purchase price: $390,000 Cash invested: $120,000 I purchased a four-plex for $390,000 where each unit was originally rented at $400 per month on a month-to-month basis.

I originally became a Realtor to aid in getting investment properties for myself, and now I also do so for others.

Not sure if you knew this, but I am originally from Nebraska.

It also sounds like you don't fully understand the laws.I took his post to mean that originally the tenant was paying the full rent by making multiple payments late during the month, but then started to fall more behind by only paying a total of 50-75% of the rent each month.
