I think it is super cool, but I do not see it becoming as main stream as wood framed construction in the next 5-10 years. 

The company I used to work for was the GC who actually built them and they were so cool but every day people would inquire about these and want to know costs associated and it was always the same question about the affordability.

Rubio's Mexican Grill just closed 48 California locations, which was ~35% of all their locations at that time.

It has some pretty cool features such as court room, prison rooms, and radiation/bomb shelter.
