They can do all the laundry while they are cleaning.

So bottom line they got away with it and are living in a beautiful safe clean country. 

Vrbo has free price automation software.I use Excel for book keeping.I don't pay for any third party software, not really needed on 1 or 2 properties.I charge a little extra for cleaning fee than actual cleaning costs.

@Jonathan Greene 100% agree but sometimes people (like myself) have to learn the hard way.
