Also, some apartment communities like the communication that it creates with the tenant coming in to grab a package from the office. 

I am always available if you want to grab lunch or a coffee to talk about real estate and/or partnerships.I can give you my insight which is that working with a partner can be great but even with two of us we have found our biggest limiting factor in deal flow is money.
