Unfortunately, my experience has been problematic, to put it mildly:* Communication: There were significant communication issues, including difficulty scheduling calls, which is still an ongoing problem.* Additional Charges: Jenny requested that I deposit on her checking account an additional $20-25k for her to purchase furniture, which I refused because I thought it was very strange, opting to give my card # instead.* Work Quality: Jenny never showed up to the house, she sent 2 people instead, she never mentioned she would not show up herself, she never asked for approval to send two others instead, they did not complete the job, and there were multiple unauthorized charges on my card.* Receipts and Expenses: Once I brought to Jenny's attention that we were 20k above budget, she refused for days to give me the receipts, saying that I needed to give her my credit card statement first.

Though Buildium has its limitations, its financial tracking is quite robust.

As a professional property manager, I'm coming across an interesting trend related to institutions providing financial assistance for tenants who have trouble paying their security deposit and I would love to hear feedback from the BP community.Large PM companies have begun partnering with financial institutions, such as Rhino Insurance, to help tenants who struggle with paying their security deposit.

Just make sure to look into the HOA’s financials, rules, and rental policies before buying.

While we here on BiggerPockets certainly have financial goals in mind, local populations all over the world have an opposite and opposing one. 

Provided I can establish a solid investment plan tailored to their financial needs/comforts such as debt ratios and income, they would be more than happy to offer me some financial control.Additionally, If I wanted to, for the sake of building my own personal wealth, I admittedly have the luxury of taking a loan from my parents.
