Don't piss and moan in the BP forums about some high-falutin' principles and human rights that were never nothing more than a con job sponsored by European moneymen to ditch the kings.

Look in some newer developments, many times you can find properties in there that were never developed and the town took for taxes or the developer wants to ditch.

Oof, I would totally ditch the local property manager.

Is there a new rental tool on BP? I have used Rentometer and really like it but if I can get the same info and reporting from BP with my pro membership...no brainer

Nightmare is probably the best description, and even after the blood sweat tears (and absurd cash we dumped into it), we broke even or lost money for years before finally admitting it was a massive mistake and ditching it to break even a couple years ago.All that said... we learned a TON, and we proved to ourselves that if we could make it through that we can make it through anything! 

We heated it with candles and a coleman lantern until I got a ditch dug for the power company to lay the power cable in. 

I was feeling a little depressed about it and I let a lot of time go by, but I'm gonna make last ditch effort to create come up with some kind of a solution.Fortunately I have recovered physically and although it's been slow the financial part is improving some as well.

The second company opted to repair the cracks and then dig a ditch along the problem exterior wall and put in a membrane from a few inches below the foundation to a few inches above the sidewalk, effectively raising the top of the foundation (to water). 

Last ditch solution but it got done.
