A manufactured home is the newer (easier to digest) term for a mobile home.

Go look at Mr Money Mustache (if you haven't found him already) and be prepared to lose another healthy chunk of your day reading and digesting his stuff.  

After finding bigger pockets last year and listening to my first podcast, I can proudly say that I was hooked, and have dedicated a lot of my time outside of working as an Audiologist to learning and digesting tibits of real estate investing (who would of thought this could be so fascinating).

Readers Digest as a great handyman book called "Complete Do-It-Yourself Manual" worth picking up.   

I am going to have to take some time to digest all of this material. 

Hello Board,What are the absolute essential real estate investing books/resources that someone should digest before starting in real estate investing?

I keep telling clients that we'll know more when the IRS digests the law and issues some temporary regs.

@Rob Roy No chance I would accept personally or advise seller clients to accept an offer with the vague "The seller will pay allowable buyer's closing costs, prepaids, prorations and all lender allowable expenses" language included.In a competitive market you may need all the help you can get writing clean and easily digestible offers.

Well I just need to digest those kind of cost as landlord.

I know that's hard to digest as a seller but I've seen the market shift in the last two weeks or so.What I'm telling sellers is we need it priced right but it also needs to look great and that's working.
