When buying the house, we made the mistake of getting an inspector recommended by our realtor who seemed credible and detail-oriented but I think just wanted to get us into the house.

I would assume the reviews they have with them are on the lower side, and bigger PM companies are known to struggle with attention to detail on properties.

I can share details of properties and if you have airdna, that something we can both look at because i dont have it (and go over what the anayics look at for certain types of propeties in this area). 

Overall, looking back now, I admit my emotions were played and took the bait (got to as far as putting my contact details on paper but no bank details or signing anything) but stopped because couldn't afford it.
