I would look into the laws around this, maybe call the non-emergency police number and ask what happens if someone illegally parks in your driveway as I feel this is essentially the same as a stranger parking in your driveway as far as the law goes.Do your research then give the tenants a very stern talk with a hard deadline, and if the RV isn't out by 9a on that day have a tow truck standing by.

If you have passed all those deadlines and signed off you could have the ability to go back to renegotiate the price if these are material facts that were not disclosed to you as the buyer.

In that same writing, tell the taxpayer they have ten calendar days to tender payment or you will proceed with improvements and the redemption cost will continue to increase.If they start the official dispute process by appointing a referee, you will have to wait until the end of that process, and then send a new notice with a new ten day deadline.
