Have had crew's up to 9 men.It's almost a full time job just supplying product,  let alone babysitting them.9 men can do 4-6  four Plexes in 6 weeks .But ,  yes it took half of my day to and 2-4 hours every morning or evening getting product.Every one of my guys were, self employed for the daily work and paid cash every Friday. 

Thats aside from guest management, daily price adjustment and all the remote work.

They talk to investors daily, and can attach financing to the deal. 

I also signed up for their daily loan emails, and they all sound exactly the same and fishy.
