I work with mostly out of state investors and many out of the country.  

I would just be careful if you have the right to the land as well, becasue some countries in Asia only will allow you to own the actual property. 

I'm moving out of the country.

Framing crews are almost 100% immigrants and there is a shortage of them (at least around here, can't speak for the whole country but I'm guessing most places are similar). 

@Courtney HamiltonRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

I work with a lot of military clients who are out of state/country in searching for homes. 

I recommend at least 3 different states and 2-3 countries need to be involved if you want true anonymity and protection. :).

We do cross collateralized loans all the time.

Buy, fix, rent and or flip to other OOS and country investors.
