Everything I am seeing is just evidence of the conflict between banking and politics. 

Additionally: they had a profession job, they were responsive and easy to work with scheduling the tour, they showed up to the tour early, they were well dressed, polite, well spoke, clean, made eye contact, had a well maintained vehicle.This was the first time we've had a tenant dispute the findings of their eviction report. 

Yes i have read it and anyone who has read it and understood it could not possibly interpret this as an NAR win, there are still outstanding lawsuits by the way, The NAR will lose a lot of members, a lot of income, and most importantly, a lot of political power as a result of all this, the financial payout is nothing compared to all this.

And exciting and for the very few that can pull it off can be quite financially rewarding.. you don't need architect type skills that's not needed until your actually going to build in most cases.. what you need is land planning Zoning city politics and it helps to understand basic underground construction .. but you don't need to be an engineer or especially an Architect to pull these deals off..
