Market is continuously stable and rents well.

My goal is simply to make enough to show that my business makes money so I can continue enjoying living here.

I'd likely just agree to break the lease with a couple months of rent as a penalty rather than force these people to continue being tenants in my property....you never know what will happen to the condition of the property.

You also have to be super detail-oriented, focused on continuous improvement regarding the property and guest experience, very in-touch with what it's like to be a guest at the property (and a cleaner of it as well), and focused on technological tools and opportunities. 

My goal is to continue to buy 3-4 condos like this one and use the snowball strategy to pay off these condos quickly so I can build up my passive income(ideally $20k+ a year from 1 paid off condo).

Haven't had issues because the properties net enough to repay those costs and cashflow from year 1.

Use this time to study at the university and continue to study real estate.
