Ideally, this CRM would have the ability to have up to 500 contacts, at the very least. 

After my initial email contact with my mentor I wrote out a list of questions for our phone call and we worked our way through them during our call.

As for the info being wrong - I know that filing a complaint against the listing agent for misrepresentation could be an option.

And one night they call us and told us one of her contacts partnered on a deal with Ryan and Tyler but they had to dump their ownership in it because MF Capital was not allowed to do business in Texas anymore.

Maybe I am confused or maybe there isn't enough info here...THE PMC worked for free this entire time handling an unfortunate situation that was not likely either party's fault.
