You are working AND going to school... and you think you will find a deal at the foreclosure sale that your full time, experienced competitors are passing on?

I know I'm asking potential competitors so I understand if response would be limited ;-)Are people looking further out or are there still some deals to be had within the Bay Area?

And I think that there are fewer competitors in the apartments market.
