I also have talked with this company but I feel they are not telling me the whole story, makes me leery of this business.

I would try to subscribe to Angies List to determine a suitable mortgage company.

Do you hire a title company for all the properties you're interested in before the auction?

Some people love the larger companies and some people prefer the smaller ones.

We got three estimates from masonry repair companies ranging from $7,500 (patch) to $35,000 ("do this repair now or you will need a major $80K repair").
