Then that's only what they check when they come back out to do the test if you call them back within 30 days If you're not onsight, definitely get some boots on the ground to help.

I was boots on the ground for the one in TN spent 2 weeks looking for and doing the due diligence on the property.

Caasi Like mentioned above, it is very possible but you will need boots on ground here to be your eyes.

An investor that has no connections or "boots on the ground" could see a nice cash flow by allowing turn key providers to find the properties, do the work and then sell the homes at retail prices.  

You need a boots on the ground person.

Plus at the time I had to let my boots on the ground person go because he was not showing up like he was supposed too.
