Hi Harris, I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties.

We have built medical office space before, along with medical/dental clinic, etc.

My idea of a 4-year-pamper-fest is how Colorado State has an on-site massage therapy clinic where students who are stressed can get massages, and how students at Yale needed therapy dogs and cancelled classes to cope with election disappointment.  

Places like lowes and Home Depot frequently put on  clinic where they show people how to use and install their products.

. ;)I think pondering the meaning of life (which can be saddening, frustrating, enlightening, confusing, etc.) is very different from clinical depression.

I then talked to them about the National Republican convention coming to Cleveland in 2016, the associated boom for businesses, the modernizing of the dungeon looking airport, Cleveland Heights Coventry area, Ohio City, Shaker Heights, Eastern expansion, the amazing hospitals and top of the line clinics, numerous universities, jobs associated with the building and service industries that benefit, Lebron James, sports teams, hall of fame and the list goes on and on.  

if a doctor starts a clinic to give abortions whether you think its right or wrong shouldn't matter, if its legal under the law, the lady seeks his services and pays for it, then why should the doctor not be able to provide a service and make something for him and his family?

We had a recession and no one was spending money so I went back to truck driving and I started a modeling and talent agency, I ran that for about six years.On my final leg of my adventure I started a personal training and sports rehab clinic in Napa Valley and teamed up with a local chiropractor.

I cannot advise you to stay or leave your job, but I can tell you that at the age of 22 I was working at the Cleveland Clinic and in parallel working on my 1st graduate degree in Molecular Biology, fresh out of undergrad, nice job, corner office, benefits - things were awesome!
