I operate by putting everything in google calendar, and google contacts.

I hope to use this as a means of income for this calendar year and evaluate where to go for next year.I'm very interested in connecting with anyone, particularly buyers in my area or other wholesalers who want to exchange ideas and information.Would anyone in the Indianapolis area know the best way to meet other investors?

If you buy in higher, you should expect to have your taxes increase within the next calendar year.

Keep in mind students may not stay throughout the whole calendar year, so a few adjustments may need to be made to accommodate that and you will want to have a vacancy budget in place.

@Paul Timmins Yeah, I have read both of J Scott's books and have a couple of REI meetings marked on my calendar, so I am coming along.

The software I worked on also lets events recur at regular intervals, so you could enter one event once; set it to recur, say, every 30 days (or whatever custom period), and then you'd be able to see on an actual calendar a list of what your day, week, month, or year looked like at a glance.Is this for rental properties?
