Denver meetups are the first Monday of each month at the Bicycle Cafe.

If you've got a salon, midscale dining, boutique shopping, retail shopping, cafe/coffee shop, and take out restaurant in one shopping center, you will have customers of each business coming for one tenant and staying to visit others.

I do know of one meetup that happens in Santa Monica on the 2nd Saturday of every month - 11am @ Unurban Café on Pico Blvd hosted by @Jeff Greenberg

Johnson's meetup is at Whispers Cafe & Jeff's meetup is at Harry Hofbrau.

Johnson's also having a meetup tonight in San Jose at Whispers Café at 7PM.

No idea why....Dixie House Cafe, located at 5401 Blue Mound Rd, Fort Worth, TX, just south of 820N, has a meeting room that is available at no cost, as long as we are ordering something off the menu.  

For management software we're currently using Yardi Gen2 Commercial Cafe just because it's what we use at other properties. 

I'm late to the thread but yes you would still have to deal with the CA fees.
